What is the Scars Lifetime Guarantee?
All GORUCK built gear, including our rucksacks and footwear, comes with our Scars Lifetime Guarantee. If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, or if you manage to wear it out through heavy use, we will repair or replace it.
How do I choose the right rucksack size?
Selection depends on your height and intended use. The GR1 21L is ideal for those under 6'0", while the 26L is better for those over 6'0". For Rucking events, we recommend the Rucker, specifically designed to carry weight plates comfortably.
When will my order ship?
Most orders for in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. During peak promotional periods or new product launches, please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing before you receive your tracking number.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship GORUCK gear worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Gear must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please note that certain closeout items or customized gear may be marked as final sale.
How do I clean my GORUCK gear?
We recommend hand washing your rucksack in a tub with cold water and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this can damage the specialized materials and hardware. Hang to dry away from direct sunlight.
